Accepting What Is

As a life pivot coach, I work with my clients to help them manage change, pivots, and transitions. 

The foundation for change includes the 3 A’s

 Awareness.   Acceptance.   Action.

Many of us are so busy, busy doing.   Our society is faster than ever.  We expect instant communication, instant gratification.  Are we expecting too much?

I have shared one of the most important disciplines that I have learned along my journey is to be present.  Explore and gain awareness of what is really going on.   Lean into your thoughts (mind chatter), your emotions, and accept what is.  There is a reason they are showing up for you now.  What are they telling you? 

Life presents many changes.  There are feelings of fear, love, anger, grief, sadness.  We all are searching for our definitions of happiness and success.   We are unique.  We are all gifts.  With change or life pivot, we must learn to accept what is.  It’s not always easy. I do believe you are where you need to be at any given time.  Trust that the universe is guiding you in the direction that opens the world of possibilities.

Active acceptance is the process of making peace with the reality of “what is”.

It does not mean giving up.  Often, we resist what we cannot change.  Open your heart, let the energy flow.  Acceptance is a form of trusting the universe, often when you do not know what the outcome has in store for you.  

When you choose to go with the flow, you invite peace.  Pause.  Explore.  Your heart will guide you in the right direction to help you create an action plan that will move you forward at the right time, to the right place, and with the right people.

 

I love setting intentions or affirmations.  Here are a few, try them.

“Everything is as it should be”

“I am letting go and going with the flow”

“I welcome overflowing abundance into my life”
